Well this past winter brought many changes, including a change in location! We were so fortunate to find a perfect little acreage to buy, complete with a field, chicken coop, and a cute little house. A few months have gone by and I am happy to say that everybody is settled in and we are absolutely loving our new place.

During the transition we realized that the new acreage would be too small for Thor. Sadly we made the decision to find him a new home but everything worked out wonderfully in the end - he ended up on a large sheep farm in Saskatchewan with good people, and I hear he loves his new home and job.

I missed Thor and asked for a Golden Retriever puppy for my birthday. I am lucky to have a very sweet husband who really did buy me a puppy! We've named him Zen, and he is such an easy going pup and is so much fun to train. Zen is very smart and willing, but he is very good at using his puppydog eyes to get away with things.

My kids were remembering the time you came to your mom's with Zen. They loved playing with him. I'm not sure if you received my first message but wow you have a wondrful farm! Do you sell your meat at your farm? We would like to introduce some animals to our little 3 acre farm. I would like to buy some animals from you. I'm a little nervous about the whole thing but would like to grow in the knowledge of husbandry. thanks for your time. Dave,Wendy, Hannah, and Zack
